House Rules

Welcome to Casa Lenka. We've created this space as a peaceful, restorative retreat, and these simple guidelines help us maintain its comfort, cleanliness, and special atmosphere for every guest.

Occupancy & Visitors

Casa Lenka is designed for the guests included in your booking only.

To preserve the calm and private nature of the retreat, we're unable to accommodate additional visitors or gatherings during your stay.

A Peaceful Stay

This is not a party space, and we kindly ask that all guests enjoy the home in a relaxed and respectful way.

The setting is intentionally quiet and restorative, and we ask that this be honoured throughout your stay.

Kitchen Access

The kitchen is not available for guest use.

This is due to important health requirements within the home, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe environment.

Gluten-Free Kitchen

Kitchen Access – Condition of Entry

As outlined in the listing and House Rules, the kitchen is not available for guest use.

Please do not use the kitchen unless you have received prior WRITTEN approval from your host.

Any unauthorised use of the kitchen, or the introduction of gluten into the kitchen, will require specialist cleaning to restore the kitchen to a safe gluten-free standard. A minimum cleaning fee of $300 will apply, along with the replacement cost of any appliances or kitchen items that become contaminated (for example, the toaster or kettle).

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Smoking & Substances

To maintain a clean and fresh environment for all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Care & Cleanliness

Rubbish bins and bin liners are provided throughout the space for your convenience.

We simply ask that waste is placed in the appropriate bins to help keep the home fresh and comfortable.

Bathroom Courtesy

To protect our plumbing system, please only flush toilet paper.

Sanitary products and other items can be disposed of in the bins provided.

Resident Cat

There is a much-loved resident cat who lives on the property. He is shy by nature and may choose to keep to himself during your stay.

We kindly ask that guests do not chase, pick up, or force interaction with him. With a little space and calm energy, he is happy simply doing his own thing.
